Free for 30 days, no card. After that, cover each inspection with a token, or subscribe for unlimited work — either way, the price is per company, never per inspector.

Three ways to pay

The same app, the same Florida forms and the same client portal either way. The only difference is how you pay for it.

Which one fits?

Both options run the identical app. Neither one is the “real” version and neither is a compromise — they are just two ways to pay for the same thing.

A few inspections a month, or a slow season

Tokens usually cost less, and there is nothing recurring to remember to cancel.

Inspecting most weeks, or running a team

Compare the two. The subscription is one flat number no matter how many inspections you run or how many inspectors you add.

Not sure yet

Start on the free trial. Nothing is charged until you either buy a token or subscribe, so you can decide with real numbers from your own business.

Founding inspectors

Use code FOUNDING at checkout and take $20 off every month of your first year — $59 a month instead of $79. The 30-day trial still needs no card, so the code is only worth using once you have decided.

What the trial actually gives you

A trial is only useful if you can do the real job with it. You can run complete inspections from day one — the limits are on sending and sharing, not on working.

You can

Set up your company and team, book and schedule jobs, walk houses with voice and offline capture, fill the wind mitigation, four-point and roof certification forms, and produce full reports.

Until it’s covered

Reports carry a SAMPLE watermark and cannot be printed, downloaded as PDF, emailed, or shared with agents or lenders — until the inspection is covered by a token or the subscription.

Once it’s covered

The watermark disappears from that report, including ones made during the trial, the moment you spend a token on it or your subscription is active.

Billing and tokens

Do I need a card to start?

No. The 30-day trial does not ask for one. You can run real inspections start to finish for 30 days; the report is a watermarked sample until you cover it with a token or a subscription.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Booking a new inspection needs either a token or the subscription. Nothing you already did is deleted — your reports and data stay in the account, and a token can cover an inspection you already ran during the trial whenever you are ready to release it.

What does one token cover?

One token covers one inspection, start to finish: the report, PDF downloads and printing, the Florida forms (wind mitigation, four-point and roof certification), client emails, and the agent or lender portal for that inspection. The current price of a token, and of each pack, is shown in the app before you pay.

Is there a monthly fee if I use tokens?

No. Tokens have no recurring charge. You buy one, or a pack of them, only when you have an inspection to cover.

Do tokens expire?

No. A token stays on the account until you use it, however long that takes.

Can I unlock an inspection I did during the trial?

Yes. Spending a token on a trial inspection removes the sample watermark and turns on PDF download, printing, emailing and the agent or lender portal for that report, the same as it would for a new one.

Can I switch between tokens and the subscription?

Yes, any time, from the billing area in the app. Start on tokens and move to the subscription once your volume justifies it, or the other way around. Leftover tokens stay in the account either way.

Is PiWalk charged per inspector?

No. The subscription is 79 US dollars a month for the company, or 790 US dollars a year. Every inspector, office member and administrator is included, so hiring does not raise the bill. Tokens are also per inspection, never per inspector.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, in the same billing portal.

Do you take a cut of my inspection fees?

No. Your clients pay you directly through your own Stripe account. PiWalk charges only its own subscription or its own tokens — no percentage, no per-report fee, no payment markup.

What happens if a payment fails?

A failed subscription payment returns the account to trial-style limits right away rather than locking you out: your data stays exactly where it is, and reports go back to showing the sample watermark until the payment succeeds or you cover them with a token.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the billing portal inside the app, whenever you like. You keep subscription access to the end of the period you already paid for. Tokens are not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel — unused ones simply stay on the account.
