Pay per inspection. Not per month you didn’t use.
PiWalk is the same home inspection software either way — the voice-driven checklist, offline photo capture, the real Florida forms, the client portal. Cover each inspection with a token when you need one, or subscribe once the volume is there. No monthly bill if you choose tokens.

A flat monthly bill doesn’t fit work you don’t do every month
Software billed by the month suits someone doing several jobs a week, every week, all year. That isn’t everyone who holds a license.
The contractor who also inspects
A subscription for a handful of inspections a month is really a bill for software that sits idle the other three weeks.
The slow season
Snowbird season brings the work. The other months still bill you the same amount either way.
Just starting out
A new license doesn’t come with a full calendar. Paying full price before the referrals arrive is backwards.
How pay-per-inspection works
Start free
Thirty days, no card. Run real inspections and see the reports before you pay for anything.
Buy a token when you need one
One at a time, or in a pack, from inside the app. The price is shown before you pay.
Walk the inspection
The same app either way: voice findings, offline photo capture, your own item order.
The token covers the rest
The report, the Florida forms, client emails and the agent or lender portal for that inspection. It does not expire, so there is no clock running on it.
What one token includes
Everything that one inspection produces, in a single purchase — nothing held back for a higher tier.
- The finished report, with no sample watermark
- PDF download and printing
- Emailing the report and the invoice to your client
- The Florida wind mitigation form, OIR-B1-1802
- The Citizens four-point inspection form
- Roof certification
- The agent or lender portal for that inspection
The price of a single token, and of each pack, is shown in the app before you pay.
Built for inspectors who don’t inspect every week
If any of these is closer to how you actually work than “full-time inspector, every week,” tokens were built for you.
Inspecting alongside another trade
Contractors, roofers, adjusters and licensed handymen who add inspections onto a full week of other work.
Semi-retired, and staying that way
A handful of regular clients is the point — not a subscription sized for a business you are no longer trying to grow.
Newly licensed, still building volume
Pay for the inspections you actually have while the referrals catch up.
Seasonal work
Florida’s snowbird season, or the weeks after a storm, without carrying a subscription through the quiet months.
The same app. Not a feature-stripped tier.
Paying per inspection is not a cut-down trial version of PiWalk. It is the identical product as the subscription: the same voice-driven checklist and offline photo capture, the same wind mitigation, four-point and roof certification forms, the same client portal for buyers, agents and lenders. The only thing that changes is how you pay for it.
When the subscription makes more sense
Once you are inspecting most weeks, compare the two. The subscription is one flat number no matter how many inspections you run or how many inspectors you add. Switch from the billing area in the app whenever you decide — any tokens you haven’t used yet stay on the account.
Questions about paying per inspection
Is there a monthly fee if I use tokens?
No. Tokens have no recurring charge. You buy one, or a pack of them, only when you have an inspection to cover.
Do tokens expire?
No. A token stays on the account until you use it, however long that takes.
What does one token cover?
One token covers one inspection, start to finish: the report, PDF downloads and printing, the Florida forms (wind mitigation, four-point and roof certification), client emails, and the agent or lender portal for that inspection.
How much does a token cost?
The current price of a single token, and of each pack, is shown in the app before you pay, so you always see the number before you commit to it.
What happens after my 30-day trial if I have not bought a token or subscribed?
You keep everything you already entered, but booking a new inspection needs either a token or the subscription. A token can also cover a report you made during the trial whenever you are ready.
Can I switch between tokens and the subscription?
Yes, any time, from the billing area in the app. Leftover tokens stay on the account even after you subscribe.
Is this a limited or stripped-down version of PiWalk?
No. Paying per inspection runs the identical app as the subscription — the same voice-driven checklist, the same offline capture, the same Florida forms and the same client portal. The only difference is how you pay.
Is PiWalk still priced per company, not per inspector, if I use tokens?
Yes. A token covers one inspection regardless of which of your inspectors ran it. Nothing about PiWalk is priced per inspector, on tokens or on the subscription.
